Ms Lim Yin Sin started her career as a cadet Quantity Surveyor with Slattery Australia in 2012 performing quantity surveying duties. She involves in measurements, Bill of Quantities preparation, progress claim preparation and remeasurement works for GLNG projects and hospital projects.

In 2015, Yin Sin joined IOI Properties Berhad after graduation as a Contract Administrator performing quantity surveying duties for Kota Warisan township development. During this period, she was involved in preparing tender, tender award, post contract administration and final account duties for the township infrastructure and terrace houses projects. 

In 2017, Yin Sin moved into a new role as the Senior Cost Executive with Lendlease at TRX Lifestyle Quarter project. Her experience is further enhanced while working on this mega urban regeneration project. She was involved in budgeting, cost reporting, tendering process and post contract administration for the project managing the upstream client as well as the downstream contractors as a managing contractor role. She was also involved in the Project Management Services commercial role in managing the General Contractor for TRX Residential project.

Over the years Yin Sin developed her skills on the commercial aspects of the business, ranging from budgeting, procurement, cash flow and cost reporting, as well as the contractual claims, notification, variations and final accounts. She joined CSi’s dispute management team in 2019, where she currently retainer services to contractor clients, and assist Partners in adjudication and arbitration proceedings. Her recent appointments include assisting Partners in loss and expense expert reports and preparation of hearing in a disputed infrastructure arbitration case. 

Yin Sin is empaneled with the AIAC to act as Adjudicator for statutory adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act (CIPAA) in Malaysia.
